As challenging a year as 2020 has been, I decided to mark the transition into 2021 with a workout that pushed the PAX hard and reinforced the transition into something new.

Warm-O-Rama:

Moseyed to the big flag and warmed up with

  • SSH
  • Weed Pickers
  • Imperial Walkers

 

The Thang:

Next, we moved over to the Field of Dreams and split into 2 groups, one lined up between home and first, and the other between second and third.

We commenced to do sets of exercise pairs on our own as follows, with a lap around baseball field along the outfield wall between each set.

  • 20 Dips / 21 Single Count Lunges  (x3)
  • 20 Sumo Squats / 21 Diamond merkins  (x3)
  • 20 LBC / 21 SSH (x3)
  • 20 Big Boys / 21 Mountain climbers (x3)
  • 20 Plank Jacks / 21 Step Ups (x3)

After one full run through and starting on the pairs a second time, we reached time and moseyed back to the flag.

Prayed for our country as we hope for a better 2021 than 2020 was.  (and as of this writing, still hoping)
