Naked-Man Moleskin:

I recently heard a friend speak about what inspires him to feel whole. He referenced a Doc Morris Christmas commercial from 2020, of an older man who walks into the garage of his house and picks up his kettlebell. He lifts it above his head and drops it on the floor. His neighbors are coming around and seeing him routinely picking up/dropping his kettlebell. Over time, he gets stronger doing this. At the end of the commercial, you find this man goes over to his daughter's house so he could have the strength to pick up his granddaughter and help her put the star on top of the Christmas Tree. He did all of this to share this special moment with his family. For my friend, what keeps him whole is being able to play with his kids and run around with them. This inspires him to stay physically fit, which leads him to be emotionally connected and develop deep relationships with others. So, what inspires you to feel whole? Chew on that question; it's a good one to think about. Till' next time. Liquor out!
