The Thang:
It was a cool morning at North Park when a Leprechaun was spotted running in…what the what?
As our dismay waned…we decided to get after it. We warmed up under the pavilion with good mornings, hill billies, toy soldiers then mosied to the coupon pile and marched to the field.
Round 1: Merkin Mile around the field. Within 2:30 we took a lap around the field and did 20 merkins (this was repeated 5 times). Merkins for 2 laps, wide fly merkins for 1 lap, diamond merkins for 1 lap, divebombers for the last lap.
Round 2: AMRAP. Set 1: biceps, skull crushers, flutters, run the field. Set 2: dry docks, karate kids, lbcs.
Round 3: 15 burpees as time was running out.
Returned our coupons and mosied back to the flag for some butt kickers, SSH and dying cockroaches.
