Mosey to the church stairs and do wall sits/over head press then 11s of gas pumpers and Merkins
Grab a partner and do some team push ups while running to the stairs and back.
WW3 crunches and a mosey to the front of the church. For squats and squats kung flu squats.
Another round or wallsit air presses and a mosey back to the church to amrap dips.
