We caught a nice break in the rain storm during spring break week at The WreckWarm-O-Rama:
- Mosey to closest pavillion near playground
- Warm up
- Michael Phelps/Freestyle stretch - No liability, these are only suggestions, modify as needed, etc.
- Side straddle hops
- Mountain climbers
- Shoulder taps
- Hillbillies
- Warm up
The Thang:
- Mosey to pavilion in the woods, pick up coupon on the way
- Pavillion 1
- 20 shoulder press
- 20 squats
- Jog to Pavillion 2
- 19 tricep dips
- 19 J-Los (each side)
- Jog back to Pavillion 1, repeat for 18, 17, 16, etc.
- Pavillion 1
- Mosey back pavilion near playground, put coupon back
- First:
- 10 single leg lunge on picnic tables
- 9 decline merkins
- Repeat 8, 7, 6, etc.
- Second:
- 10 shrugs
- 10 calf raises
- 10 LBC
- Repeat 9, 8, 7, etc.
- First:
- Mosey back to gazebo
- 6 minutes of various planking
COT:

- Good work from the men of The Wreck at No Longer Bound on Saturday, good to volunteer and to help community in need. Re-affirms the benefits of accountability and exercise.
