We caught a nice break in the rain storm during spring break week at The Wreck

Warm-O-Rama:

  1. Mosey to closest pavillion near playground
    1. Warm up
      1. Michael Phelps/Freestyle stretch - No liability, these are only suggestions, modify as needed, etc.
      2. Side straddle hops
      3. Mountain climbers
      4. Shoulder taps
      5. Hillbillies

The Thang:

  1. Mosey to pavilion in the woods, pick up coupon on the way
    1. Pavillion 1
      1. 20 shoulder press
      2. 20 squats
    2. Jog to Pavillion 2
      1. 19 tricep dips
      2. 19 J-Los (each side)
    3. Jog back to Pavillion 1, repeat for 18, 17, 16, etc.
  2. Mosey back pavilion near playground, put coupon back
    1. First:
      1. 10 single leg lunge on picnic tables
      2. 9 decline merkins
      3. Repeat 8, 7, 6, etc.
    2. Second:
      1. 10 shrugs
      2. 10 calf raises
      3. 10 LBC
      4. Repeat 9, 8, 7, etc.
  3. Mosey back to gazebo
    1. 6 minutes of various planking

COT:

    1. Good work from the men of The Wreck at No Longer Bound on Saturday, good to volunteer and to help community in need. Re-affirms the benefits of accountability and exercise.
