The Thang:
Carry coupons over to the track for a clocktower ladder workout, stopping roughly every 1/4 of a lap. Stop 1- 5 bear complex. Stop 2- add 10 burpees. Stop 3- add 20 bent over rows. Stop 4- add 40 LBCs. Go back down the ladder on the second lap. We're tight on time, so an abbreviated sample of what was supposed to be thang 2. 30 mercans, 30 situps, 30 lunges (single).
