The Thang:

Make 3 Groups. Group #1, #2, and #3 Group #1 starts on one corner end of the field Group #2 starts on another corner end of the field Group #3 starts on the center line sideline of the field and will work their way to the other sideline of the field doing kettlebell throws with burpees.   Group #1 5 exercises - 10 Tempo Merkins - 10 Box Cutters - 10 alpha count Mountain Climbers - 10 copper head squats - 10 side struttle hops Group clocks 1 rep, Repeat until the kettlebell group makes it to your side and moves you, then start your kettlebell throws from the centerline of the field and work your way across.   Group #2 5 exercises - 10 Tempo Merkins - 10 Box Cutters - 10 alpha count Mountain Climbers - 10 copper head squats - 10 side struttle hops Group clocks 1 rep, Repeat until the kettlebell group makes it to your side and moves you, then start the kettlebell throws on the centerline of the field working your way across to the other side.   Group #3 Start on the centerline on the field on the sideline. Throw a kettlebell down the centerline, run to where it lands. 5 burpees per spot it lands. Repeat. Throw from one sideline to the other. When finished, rotate with the group on that corner of the field.   New group takes the Kettlebell down the centerline of the field.   When that group finishes, rotate with the new group from the corner.   New group takes the Kettlebell across the centerline of the field.   When that group finishes, rotate with the group from the corner of that side of the field where you finished.   Repeat.
