Setup

• Shuffle a 52-card deck.

• Each suit represents a different upper body exercise.

• Number cards determine the number of reps (e.g., a 7 of hearts = 7 reps).

Face cards (J, Q, K) = 15 reps each.

Aces = 1 full parking lot lap.

Exercise Breakdown by Suit (All Bodyweight)

Hearts ♥️ → Merkins
