The Thang:

Workout Format:

5 leg exercises

• Start at 20 reps per exercise and decrease by 1 reps each round (20, 19, 18, .…, 1).

• After completing all 5 exercises in a round, run 2 down-and-backs (court, field, or designated distance).

Minimal rest between exercises, but take short breaks as needed to maintain intensity.

Exercises:

1. Jump Squats

2. Reverse Lunges (each leg counts as one rep)

3. Freddie Mercury (each leg counts as one rep)

4. Step-Ups or Box Jumps

5. Alabama Prom Dates

Sprint: After finishing one round of exercises, perform 2 down-and-backs before starting the next round with 1 fewer reps.
