Workout Format:
• 5 leg exercises
• Start at 20 reps per exercise and decrease by 1 reps each round (20, 19, 18, .…, 1).
• After completing all 5 exercises in a round, run 2 down-and-backs (court, field, or designated distance).
• Minimal rest between exercises, but take short breaks as needed to maintain intensity.
