Preamble:

Short Mosey up the main road, up a flight of stairs. Did some high knees as well as heal kicks to get the blood flowing.

Warm-O-Rama:

Returned to the Flag and did the following warm-up movements:
  1. Cinder Plank - Center, left side, right side
  2. Cinder mountain climbers
  3. Weed Pickers
  4. Sides Straddle Hops
  5. Michael Phelps/Arm Circles

The Thang:

Overheard cinder carry to the pond. Stopped at each light post on the trail and did a blocky until we arrived at the pond. Partner A - Farmer Carry one way around the pond Partner B - Run the other way and when partners meet-up do the following: Complete each round 3 times run/farmer carry after each set: Round 1:
  • 10 Buddy Mercans
  • 15 Squats
  • 15 curls
Round 2:
  • 15 Buddy Big Boys
  • 15 Blocky Swings
  • 15 Shoulder Press
Round 3:
  • 15 sumo squats
  • 15 Rows
  • 15 RDLS
Complete any upper body movements you can as we return to the Flag  

COT:

  • Thoughts and prayers for those that struggle with mental health/depression
  • Announcements regarding the NLB BD on 4/5
  • Requests for food donations to cover breakfast for NLB BD
