Preamble:
Short Mosey up the main road, up a flight of stairs. Did some high knees as well as heal kicks to get the blood flowing.Warm-O-Rama:
Returned to the Flag and did the following warm-up movements:- Cinder Plank - Center, left side, right side
- Cinder mountain climbers
- Weed Pickers
- Sides Straddle Hops
- Michael Phelps/Arm Circles
The Thang:
Overheard cinder carry to the pond. Stopped at each light post on the trail and did a blocky until we arrived at the pond. Partner A - Farmer Carry one way around the pond Partner B - Run the other way and when partners meet-up do the following: Complete each round 3 times run/farmer carry after each set: Round 1:- 10 Buddy Mercans
