The Thang:

Main Workout: Caterpillar Race Across the Field   General Setup:   Created two teams of 5,  Team 1 and Team 2, then mosey’d to a corner of the field.  The objective was to race across the width of the field using the Conveyor Belt routine, doing a Movement Exercise and a Line exercise.   Movement Exercise: The last PAX in line performs the designated movement exercise to the front of the line Line Exercise: While the last PAX is performing the movement exercise to the front, the rest of the group performs AMRAP exercises.  The line exercise changed after 2 rotations Indian Run: After completing the field width (last person crosses), the group does an Indian Run around the field to the next corner. Repeat at each corner with new exercises and movements.  Repeated 4 times.   ROUND 1   Movement Exercise: Bear Crawl PAX in the back bear crawls to the front of the line.   Exercises: Merkins (AMRAP). Big-Boy Sit-Ups (AMRAP). Jump Squats (AMRAP).   Transition: Indian Run around the field to Round 2.   Result: Team 1 out with the early lead: 7-0   ROUND 2   Movement Exercise: Crab Walk PAX in the back crab walks to the front of the line.   Exercises: Diamond Merkins (AMRAP). American Hammers (AMRAP). Line Jumps (AMRAP).   Transition: Indian Run around the field to Round 3.   Result: Team 2 ties it up: 7-7   ROUND 3   Movement Exercise: Burpee Broad Jump PAX in the back performs a burpee, then broad jumps to the front of the line.   Exercises: Ranger Merkins (AMRAP). Flutter Kicks (AMRAP). Monkey Humpers (ARMRAP).   Transition: Indian Run around the field to Round 4.   Result: Team 2 took the lead this round, 14-7   ROUND 4   Movement Exercise: Walking Lunges PAX in the back performs walking lunges to the front of the line.   Exercises: Arm Raises (AMRAP). Gas Pumpers (AMRAP). Apollo Ohnos (AMRAP).   Transition: 2 laps around the field, then back to the flag.   Result: Team 2 sealed the win: 21-7.  Instant replay suggests the form was suspect though.  Lunges started to look like walking dips.  Next time, Team 1.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

I've learned that guys in F3 push themselves hard throughout the week, going to various AO's to challenge themselves Monday - Thursday.  Turning the exercise routine into a game challenge (plus coffee at the end) was a great way to end the week.
