Disclaimer given. Mosey in the parking lot with a bit of butt kickers and high knees. Circle up for Weed Pickers, Hillbillies, Copper Head Squats, Moroccan Night Clubs, Mountain Climbers and finishing with Freak Control Merkins.The Thang:
Restarts: PAX instructed to partner up, preferably with someone on equal fitness level. Mosey to the parking lot at the back and circle up and remain in air chair position as rules are explained. PAX #1 needs to complete 10 reps of 6 exercises: Merkins, Big Boys, Squats, Shoulder Taps (alpha), American Hammers (alpha) and Bonnie Blairs. PAX #2 runs a few steps to the other side of the parking lot, does 1 Burpee and comes back. If PAX #1 did not finish before #2 returns, #1 will re-start and #2 will do 2 Burpees. Then 3 and 4 and so on, until PAX #1 finishes all 6 exercises before #2 returns. When they are done, mosey together around the building and switch. Some PAX were quicker than others and, once both PAX played both roles, started over. Covers: After a 10 count, circled up to do some covers for our greatest hits. All done on my call.- We started with a cover for Jack Webb, done with 1 Hand Release Merkins to 4 Over-head claps. 5 rounds.
- Captain Thor, done with Butterfly Situps and alpha count hammers. 5 rounds.
- Lt. Dan, done with Monkey humpers and Bonnie Blairs, singles. 5 rounds.
- Lord Voldemort, Burpees and SSH (originally). The cover - instead of a Merkin, do a Peter Parker as part of the Burpee. 5 Rounds. Note: This combination came from a very old aflac Q I stumbled on. Another reason why backblasts are awesome.
