Time to honor the Pilgrims who made their way across the ocean and made Thursday football and fried turkey a time-honored tradition...
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey to the flag overlooking the lake for the usual SSH, weedpickers, copperhead squats and some arm circles...
The Thang:
The Pilgrims sailed on a boat so we headed to the boat launch for some four core-ners...big boys, hammers and flutters, going up by ten each time around
Back to the street for the journey...since they sailed in 1620, we ran back to the parking lot stopping at each light for 16 merkins and 20 LBCs.
In the lot, we picked up our Plymouth Rocks (coupons) and as a group rifle carried them around the parking lot. Anytime a break was needed, we put down coupons for ten squats.
Quick round of curls and skull crushers and put rocks back.
Time to catch our turkeys...in groups of two, one pax started lunge walking while the other did three burpees. Then run to catch up and flip flop until time was called.
COT:
Remember to be thankful for everything we have. Even if things seem tough, there are undoubtedly people who are struggling more.
Santa Ruck coming up
Safe travels to everyone hitting the road
Naked-Man Moleskin:
Appreciate everyone joining for some pre-holiday festivities...and a great sunrise.
