Preamble:

High 50s with a light rain falling as 5:30 am approached for the 4 pax in attendance on this Tuesday of Thanksgiving week.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey over near the tennis courts for some:

SSH, Imperial Walkers, Mtn. Climbers, Plank Jacks, Sun Gods, Covids, OH Claps and Seal Claps.

The Thang:

Stayed right there for some Wall Sits while each pax ran to road/sidewalk individually for 15 Monkey Humpers.

Mosey to playground for a round of Morning Call (5 Pull-Ups/5 Merkins per man).

Mosey to hill beside Grits/Herpes Pavillion for a set of 7’s with Bear Crawl/Crawl Bear as movement. Copperhead Squats at bottom & Shoulder Tap Merkins at the top.

Mosey to Old Milton for some light pole work.

• 1-5 Poles – 10 SSH/10 Lunges (single)
• 6-10 Poles – 10 Mike Tysons/10 Flutters (alpha)
• 11-15 Poles – 5 Burpees

Rock Pile where the pax did 3 rounds of:

• Curls, OH Press, Skull Crushers, Bent Over Rows (sets of 10, 10 & 15)

Back to the flag for 3 MOM.

COT:

• Prayers for those pax traveling this week.
• Prayers for YHC’s 2.0 and testing being done this week.
