Gathered in the Pavilion, ran a pavilion lap, circled up for some SSH, Week Pickers, Windmills, Arm Circles, and Neck Rolls
The Thang:
10 exercises, 100 reps each, and 5 laps:
Merkins, Squats, Curls, Presses, Dips, Skulls, Leg Raises, Lunges, Box Jumps, LBC's
The group chose 20 reps each, lap, repeat 5x
