Preamble:

Workout was inspired by a radio interview with David Pollack, where he said 200 push ups and 200 sit ups a day is best exercise.  Sounded challenging so we went for it.

Warm-O-Rama:

Moseyed around the parking lot, SSH, Toy Soldiers, Weed Picker, Hill Billie's, and Arm Circles

The Thang:

Moseyed to field of dreams 10 merkins, 10 big boys run to outfield repeat repeat exercises Repeat 5x for a total of 100 of each Moseyed to Pavilion Dora-125 step ups, 100 leg raises, 125 squats, partner runs to flag and back With 10 mins left each pax was on a mad dash to finish 100 merkins and 100 big boys Moseyed to flag
