Preamble:
It's been a minute since I posted at Bad Apple, let alone Q'd a beat down and it was great to be back. Lots of vehicles already in the lot with quite a few coming in hot. At some point, I admitted that today's workout framework was copied from someone over on this side of town and I appreciated the inspiration. I saw Tron took a photo of the board of pain before he left so he could take the fun back to the boys down in Jacksonville.Warm-O-Rama:
After a thorough disclaimer, we moseyed to the bottom of the hill/road for:- Weedpickers x10 IC
- Learning to fly x10 IC (forward arm circles while doing a four-count squat)
- Hillbillies x10 IC

The Thang:
Return to the building (what do you guys call it) where a not-so-secretly-placed board of pain was revealed. It showed 10 exercises with rep counts starting at 100 for the first and decreasing by 10 each round. After each round, pax were instructed to run a lap but stop at each of four cones to perform 3 burpees of different types (regular, hand-release, prison cell, repeat). We modified down to just two burpees at each cone at some point to give us time to do the exercises. Exercises below. A few guys finished or got close to finishing. I could have easily finished if I had another 15 minutes and was slightly stronger.100 | LBCs |
