The Thang:
- Mosey to the stairs and do 3 rounds up and down, finish at the bottom.
- Mosey around the pond, to where the path forks off towards the playgrounds/pavilions.
- Here we start a round of 11's
- MOT: Lunge Walk up the hill, mosey back to the bottom
- Exercises: Mountain Climbers (4-count) at bottom of hill, Jump Squats with hands on head at the top of the hill.
- Mosey to the tunnel and do 60 seconds of balls-to-the-wall
- Dora (partner one runs a lap around the pond while partner two works on rep count towards the following exercises. Partners swap, rinse and repeat, until the combined rep account equals the total for each.
- 100 Merkins
- 200 Squats
- 300 LBCs
- Mosey back to the flag
