Preamble:

Golden Corral was on tap to Q but he couldn't get out of cook duty, so YHC and Red Ryder stepped up to Co-Q. 13 PAX including 2 pre-runners joined the fun.

Warm-O-Rama:

Head over across the street to the grassy area for:
  • SSH
  • Windmill
  • Burpee Apacolypse

The Thang:

Mosey across the street to the commercial parking lot for a partner Dora.
  • 50 Merkins
  • 100 Squats
  • 150 LBC
The Q passed over to Red Ryder and we headed back to campus and grabbed some coupons. Same partner, 1 PAX would run while the other was doing coupon work AMRAP style such as curls, overhead press, skulls, etc. Then both would move to the next station with 1 PAX doing bear crawl and the other rifle carrying.

COT:

Prayers for Feathers' family as they are dealing with a really tough prognosis for his brother. Prayers for all the men at NLB. TCLAPS to the men of Norseman for bringing breakfast and a beatdown last Saturday. Hoping we can get Golden Corral back on the Q sometime soon.
