The Widowmaker Trifecta

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the bottom of the widowmaker and circle up for standard warm up stuff.

The Thang:

On tap was the Trifecta of 1:4 exercises, with a mosey in between each.   Part 1: Captain Thor Mosey to the upper grass field, to find that it's locked.  So we did these on the sidewalk by the gate.  1 BBSU plus 4 American Hammers AC, followed by 2:8, 3:12, .... 10:40.  Parents started showing up with kids for some event and we're locked out of the field anyway.  Mosey back to the bottom of the widowmaker for a circle burp.   Part 2:  Lt. Dan Mosey up the hill to the turf field for 1 Squat plus 4 Lunges SC, followed by 2:8, 3:12, ... 10:40.  Mosey around the field to shake it off.   Part 3:  Jack Webb Still on the turf field, 1 Merkin plus 4 OH Air Presses, followed by 2:8, 3:12, ... 10:40.   Finale:  Bear Crawl Relay From center field, form 2 lines of PAX holding high plank.  Last PAX bear crawls to the front & so on, indian run-style.  The first team to get all PAX over the line at the end of the field wins.  Probably was a tie.
