That's right, overachievers like us go to school even when school is out. 5 Windjammers showed up despite the Fall Break to get to work; I mean school.
Warm-O-Rama:
We moseyed to the dam for some SSH, WillyMaysHays, Imperial Walkers, Windmills, Toy Soldiers, ArmCircles & MichaelPhelps
The Thang:
Thang 1 - 25 Merkins at WLC entrance, run to top of hill, 25 more merkins & 25 LBCs, run to bottom of hill at Webb Bridge Road for 25 more Merkins
Thang 2 - School may be closed but we crossed the street and showed up anyway; we of course had a great playlist of Top 70s & 80s hits and we did 35 Carolina Dry Docks, lap, 35 Mountain Climbers, lap, 35 squats, lap, 35 Flutters, lap, and wrapped with 35 of something else.
Thang 3 - as we came home from school we modified to 15 Merkins & 15 LBCs on the hill
Thang 4 - "Crocodile ROCK" & "ROCK with You" inspired us to grab a rock, I mean coupon, and do TWO rounds of Colt45s (curl/overhead press/bentoverrow) and Crazy 8s (curls half way, all the way and half way down)
We got back just in time to do 10 burpees on our own. Time.

Zig brought up that he is leaning into intentional parenting of his 4 boys and praying for guidance
