Preamble:

For the third year I brought back the adventure race style beatdown, this time on YHC's bday.

Warm-O-Rama:

No warm up - race started immediately at 5:30 and ended at 6:15.

The Thang:

Maps provided with 30+ exercises at various locations in the general Bad Apple AOC.  PAX decided which exercises to complete and which order to complete them in. Basic Rules:
  • Can only complete each exercise once.
  • No modifying - must complete as prescribed in order to get points.
  • One point deduction for each minute late to the flag (6:15 bell).

COT:

PonyBoy won the event with 57 out of a possible 67 points.  As a prize, he was awarded an ice axe and the challenge of creating our next CSAUP competitive workout.
