The Thang:
beginning in the center 1 side straddle up then 4 corners - corner 1 - 20 merkins. corner 2 - 20 squats, corner 3 - 20 mtn climbers, corner 4 - 20 stone mtns. Back to center and up 1 on the side straddle hops and down 1 on the 4 corners - repeat down the ladder.
