Preamble:

No running with balls, like the beatdown title infers. Just my tie in with football, but we did run and run with a little bit of other exercises in between.

Warm-O-Rama:

The Thang:

Starting the beatdown warming up in a circle at the start of Clipper Bay Dr. With a warm up complete we continued into the darkness with a Merkin Mile. We hadn't gone this route in some time so the hills made for a challenging run for sure. Each cross street stressed the legs out even more with 25 plank jacks, and 25 squats on the way out. On the way back we did 25 American Hammers and 25 Freddie Mercuries. Ran back to the parking lot and "ran the lines" up the hill and back around the short loop. Whoever reads this can fill me in the name of that one. Next Did some coupon exercises: American Hammers with coupon and squats with coupon. Ran a short loop, and then colt-45s: curls, overhead press, and skull crushers. Ran back to the flag to wrap up.
