Warm-O-Rama:

After disclaimer we performed: Weed Picker, Wind Mill, SSH, Toy Soldier, Moroccan Night Club & short moseyed to the center of the walk way where we used as our based.

The Thang:

We splited into 2 groups. Group 1 performed 1 set of exercise without coupon & group 2 performed coupon related exercises. Once we finished the exercises, we swapped the exercises.
  • Coupon Exercises: 2 rounds (20 reps )
    • Curl
    • Overhead Press
    • Flutter Kick
    • Bent over row
    • Goblet Squat
    • Rifle Carry the Coupon for about 30 yards
  • No Coupon Exercises: 2 rounds (20 reps)
    • Inchworm - Mercan
    • Annie
    • Imperial Walker - AC
    • Crunches
    • Peter Parker - AC
    • Mosey about 50 yards
For coupon exercises YHC changed it to 3 rounds, since No Coupon exercises took longer. Next we did Lt. Dan Mary: Gas Pumper, Je-Lo & a few others
