Post Week 0 of IPC, and it seemed like everyone was wiped. So decided to do a recovery ruck with pain stations.

Pain stations at the Bridge (one side - Drydocks, other side - rows on the railing). Reps of 20 -15-10-5 of each, run across after each exercise) and at the back parking lot (11's, with Monkey Humpers on one side, Erkins on the other - run down, Bernie Sanders back)
