Today marks 18 years since my brother, Jared Shoemaker, was killed in action outside of Fallujah, Iraq. So we did some stuff to honor him in a small way.

Indian run to the Perimeter playground. Pax partner up. Swerkins E2K Monkey Humpers Pull-ups Elbow plank to high plank Reverse lunge Flutter kicks Inchworm Pax had to get 100 reps together of each exercise. Mosey back to flag. Time for 3 EMOM. Big boys situps and burpees.
