Preamble:

YHC reflected in the final days of my 30's how good it is to be alive, which brought to mind the various live concerts I have attended over the years. This theme set the foundation for a beatdown of my favorite formatting, with a preblast announcing a need for coupons. After YHC took a couple loops' worth of pre-run around Perimeter Church, 20 HIMs posted at 5:30am with coupons in hand.

Warm-O-Rama:

Disclaimer and the usual IC exercises: SSH, WP, WM, etc. Coupon carry to the median curb.

The Thang:

YHC set a playlist of a sampling of the live concerts I have seen over the years, in chronological order starting in high school through college and into the working years. PAX partner up. Each song, there is a pair of exercises. One requires doing a certain number of reps, and the other is AMRAP. Partners do the work and swap exercises until the song is done. The next song brings a new pair of exercises. Below was the concert list and exercise program.

COT:

Ready-Mix memorial quad reminder. Several upcoming Friday Q's all vied for the attendance of the assembled PAX. Several prayers for friends and family.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

YHC has been asked a few times by other PAX over the summer (in incredulous tones of voice), when I will finally stop delaying my 40th birthday and let it happen already? To which my reply was, why are you in such a rush for this milestone on my behalf? :-) The big 4-0 somewhat of a scary unknown, but watching so many F3 HIMs in their 40's living their best lives brought me great encouragement and helped me stave off the dreadful sense of impending doom. YHC is thankful for this community of men sharpening each other and would want no other way to ring in my 40s than accelerating with my fellow PAX in the gloom.
