Suicide Burpee Breakdown

Preamble:

Been out for almost 3 weeks since coming back from cruise as well as dealing with Covid and strep after the trip so it was great to see you all out there this morning and finally being able to get back into it.

Warm-O-Rama:

Short mosey around the parking lot w/ SSH, Windmill, Weedpicker, and World's Greatest Stretch to get our bodies moving.  Then mosey'd to the parking lot next to the lacrosse field.

The Thang:

Breaking down the burpee using suicide drill was today's theme.  Start at the baseline, and using MOT to get to our first line, perform exercise, and mosey back to baseline, perform 3 burpee, then using MOT to our second line, perform same exercise, mosey back, etc.  Lines were at 3, 6, 9 and 12 parking spaces.  # of exercise at each line was 5, 10, 15, and 20.  That is one round. Round 1 was bear crawl as the MOT and merkins as the exercise. Round 2 was broad jump and groiner. Round 3 was lunge walk and squat jump. Round 4 was simple mosey and to put the 3 exercises together as a burpee, but performing only 3 at each line. With time left, we did 4 corners, 5, 10, 15, and 20 of one exercise at each corner.  Exercises included big boys, boat/canoe, flutter kick, and oompa loompa.

Prayers to Kyle's chemo, Coat Check's friend dealing w/ covid and his wife being ready for delivery 4 weeks from now, Speedo's son and family moving back from FL to Gainesville, and my interview process.
