Preamble:

Upon hearing some rumor ramblings that there wasn't enough running at the Gladiator, it was time to step up and get moving!

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the main field for a quick, full lap to warm up. PAX gathered around the circle for some stretching and complaining.

The Thang:

After each exercise, you will perform:
  • Run 2 full laps
  • Spring to the mid (50 yards) and back
  • Bernie the 18 box
Exercises:
  1. 25 Burpees
  2. 50 Merkins
  3. 75 Alpha Ct Bonnie Blairs
  4. 100 Jump Squats
Upon completion, Q called for 50 monkey humpers and then, each exercises would be "half off" for the last 15 minutes or so. For the running, PAX would run 1 full lap, 25 yard sprint, and bernie the 18 box.

  4. 50 Jump Squats

What a morning! Such a treat to run in the gloom with each of you.
