Moseyed around parking lot to behind the mess hall. Circled up for 20 of each SSH, Imperial walkers, and Sun gods.

The Thang:

YHC liked the number 20 so much and poorly decided it would be a good idea to do the following....2o curls with coupons /run to auto shop do 20 merkins / run to basket ball court do 20 big boys / run to middle parking lot do 20 jump squats / run to the top and do 20 burpees ----- run back to the bottom for 19 of each, repeat 18, etc. ----- We ended up getting to 16, just a slight miscalculation! For a total of 90 curls, 90 merkins, 90 big boys, 90 jump squats, 90 burpees and 2 miles of running!

COT:

Prayers for Golden Corral and his family on todays anniversary of his grandmothers passing. Prayers for Flo and his mothers diagnosis of terminal cancer, prayers for Badgers relative's battle with cancer. Prayers for safety this July 4th and weekend.
