The Thang:

Each person gets a girlfriend for the beatdown Teams of 2 for 4 rounds
  • 1 - Repeat - 15 Squats, Curls, Overhead Press
  • 2 - Run 400 Meters (1 lap) with the girlfriend on their back
Individually:
  • For 5 Sets (with girlfriends)  - 15 curls - Lung 10 yards, then suicide run to the 50 yard line & back
  • For 5 Sets  (with girlfriends) - 15 overhead press - Overhead hold 10 yards, then suicide run to the 50 yard line & back
  • 100 Yard bear crawl. Every 10 yards 5 burpees
  • 50 year all out sprint
  • Mosey with girlfriends to drop them off at the flag
  • 400 meter final sprint
