Preamble:
Today is in celebration of my first manniversary (6/5/24). It included my oldest 2.0 coming this morning for his first BD. I chose to do the very first BD I did a year ago courtesy of Tenderfoot.Warm-O-Rama:

The Thang:
We did a mosey over to the movie theater to begin the Thang.
For about 23 minutes, we did the following AMRAP with each set consisting of:
- 5 mercans
- 10 big boys
- 15 squats
- 20 SSH
Mosey across the parking lot to the overhang and mosey back to repeat another set.
At the end of about 25 minutes…we started the next section of the BD.
For the next 10 minutes….everyone did 10 burpees at the minute mark.
We did a count to 10 and then ran back to the circle for the last 2 minutes of Mary.
