The Thang:

We did a circuit around the parking lot. Each round consisted of the following.
  • Station 1: 10 burpees
  • Station 2: 10 Mtn climbers - Alpha counts
  • Station 3: 10 Box Jumps
  • Station 4: 10 Calf Raises
  • Station 5: 10 Squats
  • Station 6: 10 Dips
After each round, we incremented by 10 reps. So round 2 - 20 reps, round 3 - 30 reps, etc. PAX were able to complete 3-4 rounds. We finished with 1 more burpees and some flutter kicks.
