Mosey up Roswell Road to Mitsy Forest to visit Limu’s house… 10 Merkins at the entrance to Mitsy Forest then mosey down to Limu’s driveway   pax lined up for a series of 11’s
  • 10 burpees at the street light approximately 100 yards up the street (going down 1 each trip)
  • Run to and fro
  • 1 merkin at Limu’s driveway (going up 1 each trip)
2 hard sprints to get back out of the neighborhood 10 squats back at the entrance mosey to the Upper Galaxy 1 series of Jack Webbs up to 10 merkins Mosey back to the flag for stretching
