Preamble:

Another opportunity to sharpen and be sharpened!

Warm-O-Rama:

Brief Mozy, SSH, weedpickers, imperial walkers, arm circles, and covids.

The Thang:

After a [not quite Tiger-sign] run, with burpees at each speed bump, we made our way to the football field for a series of 11's. The kicker: at the end of each set, the PAX would bearcrawl back to the sideline. 11's included: Burpees / big boy sit-ups  Dry docks / jump squats Merkins / Freddie Mercuries Lunges / Dying cockroaches
