The Thang:

Well, the rain debate ended abruptly when it started 30 seconds into the run. No thunder yet.   Murph:
  • 1 mile run
  • 100 Pull-ups
  • 200 Merkins
  • 300 Squats
  • 1 mile run
  We ran the 1 mile to Wills Parks and the thunder had started. So we turned around and ran back to the parking deck at Alpharetta City Hall. There we were able to perform the Murph exercises having finished the two 1 mile runs! Great push by the PAX to get it done.
