Four Corners and a Rainy Morn’

Preamble:

On a rainy, thunderous morning, a one-legged Q directed the PAX through the four corners of the saturated football field, while unsuccessfully trying to keep up.

Warm-O-Rama:

A quick mosey around the parking lot, led by Crikey, before we circled up for SSHs, weed-pickers, toy soldiers, covids, and arm circles.

The Thang:

Stations were set up at each corner of the football field, in addition to a station at mid-field. The corner stations included burpees, jumping squats, Bonny Clairs, overhead claps, Merkins, Carolina dry docks, and bear crawls. The mid-field station included a series of core exercises: scissor kicks, Freddy Mercs, dying cockroaches, and LBCs.

The PAX would hit all four corners, alternating between a corner station and mid-field. Once all four corners were accomplished, a lap was run. Repeat until time expires.

COT:

We lifted up Crikey’s co-worker (Craig?), who was having surgery to remove a tumor later in the day. We also prayed for Nacho and Queso, and for their baby, and that the adoption process would move forward smoothly.
