Uno Mas aka Who Shuffled This Mess?

Preamble:

With the weather still deciding whether if there would be lightning or not, a 0.0 BD was prepared. When lightning was no longer on the menu, the 0.0 BD was no more.

Script Kiddie and I had a good PR before the BD.

Warm-O-Rama:

Short mosey around the park to warm up. Circled up and did the disclaimer. Other warmups were:

The Thang:

A deck of UNO cards was the theme of today’s beatdown. Each color represented a workout and the number on the card was the frequency of the workout. The UNO deck had several other card that only added to the fun. Each card’s description is below:

• Red: merkins
• Blue: burpees
• Green: BBSUs
• Yellow: Squats
• 2X: Do twice the number of the previous card for the color of the 2X pulled
• Reverse: Short field sprints
• Swap hand: Long lap around park
• Crossed thru circle: 10 count rest

Someone may have accidentally grouped the blue and swap hand cards together at the beginning, so the deck was shuffled about 1/3 of the way through the BD. In total, the PAX did:

• 3 big laps
• 5 short field sprints
• 43 merkins
• 71 burpees
• 45 BBSUs
• 42 squats
