We moseyed over to the pavilion area and picked out some coupons.
Each PAX executed:
2 burpees
2 OH press w/coupon
2 Hello Dollies
2 Merkins
2 Lunges-Alpha
Run to the gate
Add 2 reps each time
With time winding down we returned our coupons and headed back to the flag.
On the way back we stopped by the flag pole and did 50 in-cadence flutter kicks.
Back at the flag we did some American hammers and burpees until the bell.
COT:
We enjoyed some post beatdown coffee.
I’ve been curious what the PAX thought of my new coffee setup.
Thankfully my “gourmet” blend got a couple compliments this morning!
