IPC Week 0 – Very Nice

Warm-O-Rama:

We actually had one. It was built into the IPC so we did the rounds in cadence.

The Thang:

“The Win” Volume 2 – IPC 2023 Week 0

Highlights:

• Rain for first 15 min to really bring our spirits down
• Football season is nigh and Mayhem with the NFL Films playlist (until we demanded actual music)
• lumbergh worked so hard on the white board and then straight up skipped one of the exercises. Thanks for taking a moment to confirm the required OH Press, Mayhem.
• Is it concerning that Cookie envisioned bashing in lumbergh’s head with a cinder or kind that he took caution and moved?
• All the modifications didn’t take away the struggle. Kudos to those that did the full version
• Awesome work by all in getting it in within the hour. A few lessons on planning next week but we are off to a great start.
• Fly by from Caffey and Turbine (Not Miller Time)

COT:

• Our fellow PAX and Academy regular with good news. Prayers for the continued work needed on adoption
• No-See-Um and everyone that surrounds him.
