with Darth Visor CSAUP on the horizon, YHC decided to not overdo it with today’s BD so the morning called for a ruck

The Thang:
Started moving toward the Firehouse and disclaimer given while rucking. Rucked up to the firehouse then back to the spot for a pain station. We did curls, ground pounders and squats. More rucking than a pain station of rows and skull crushers. Ruck to the flag where we did merkins until it was time
