The Thang:
We each grabbed a coupon and assembled at the concession stand.
The main show was very simple.
3 rounds:
33 Burpees
33 Flutter Kicks-Alpha
33 Overhead Press
33 Hello Dollies
Run to the large flag pole and back.
As time was getting short we circled up and knocked out 75 in-cadence flutter kicks(150-alpha count)
We returned our coupons and headed back to the flag.
With 5 minutes to spare we did 33 burpee broad jumps followed by 20 hello dollies to finish up.
