Slow Boat to Windjammer

Preamble:

Admittedly, I just wanted to hang out on the boats at windjammer last week. To make sure I justify just showing up for that I grabbed an upcoming Q. I didn’t have to hype much because Townie’s mention of my name had the HC’s rolling in.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey up to the lake for SSH, WP, IW, circles

The Thang:

Off to the sports park.

First up is Forties. An eleven’s style bd but start at 30 reps and 10 reps and count up/down by 5.
So running to the gate and back we do 30 Mercans, 10 LBC, 25 Mercans, 15 LBC, etc. Just trying to help this group hit their 100 for the day.

Next was the question..What makes lumbergh want to come to Windjammer?
Partner up for a Dora style with:

Burpees (50)
Outlaws (100)
American Hammer (150)
Thrusters (200)

Milli cracks the code at Thrusters.

Start back to the flag with a brief bear crawl up the sidewalk.
Stop for the six at the dam for Freddy’s.

Return to the flag with a couple minutes extra (apologies, misjudged the distance back)
