Preamble:

Twas a lovely morning to prepare for the upcoming world burpee day in a few weeks. We had one PPR, three PRs, and 7 PAX for the BD. It was a good turnout this morning at Firehouse.

The Thang:

The first targrt was 100 burpees. PAX would start with 10 burpees near the flag, mosey to the bottom of the hill, and do 10 more burpees. Run back to the top and repeat until 100 burpees were reached.

Second target was 100 big boy situps with the same setup: 10 big boy situlsnear the flag, mosey to the bottom of the hill, 10 more big boy situps, mosey back to the top. Rinse and repeat.

The PAX crushed it today and we still had time for 5 minutes of Mary:
