YHC slid into the Q after a switch from Cookie…it’s been a while since I’ve been on the Q so let’s have at it.  No FNGs, the usual disclaimers…plus I have a weinkie.  And it’s in a sandwich bag.

But today we’re stopping to get some Bojangles Biscuits.  YHC shall demonstrate at each stop along the way, mostly for False Start.

LP3 – 10 3x Jumpsquat burpees

LP4 – 10 Bring it all together

THANG 2.0

Let’s make our way “towards” the coupon pile.  A few PAX are pushing for miles this month so YHC modified a Four Corners to be a well-rounded Four Corners in the parking lot.  There was some confusion around the four corner exercises, but YHC didn’t let their semantics get in the way….exercise is good for you so modify as needed.

25 Merkins each time you pass GO.

Corner 1 – 100 LBC

Corner 2 – 100 Calf Raises

Corner 3 – 100 Flutter Kicks (A)

Corner 4 – 100 Monkey Humpers (PS…Townie really dislikes Monkey Humpers)
