The Thang:

Grabbed our coupons and started heading towards the bridge. Zamperini periodically as we’re moving. Climb the stairs to the bridge and head to the middle point partner up for two super sets of exercises.

super set 1 – run together to end of the Bridge in Top, the railing and head back to middle point of the bridge between each exercise

3 sets of each exercise – with coupons

  1. —-partner 1 does exercise, partner 2 alternates between air chair, high planks

5x blockies

10x curls

20x Goblet squats

20x Overhead press

20x Kettle bells

—-Head down the stairs, all the way to the ground and back up in between the supersets

 

 

Super set 2 – run with your partner to the end of the bridge and tap the railing in between each exercise.

—-partner 1 does exercise, partner 2 alternates between air chair, high planks
