Preamble:
It’s been a while since I Q’d, and with school starting back up, it was only appropriate to return to the basics of hard work.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey past the old flag location, then circle up for SSH, hillbillies, weed pickers and some Willie Mays Hays
The Thang:
Moseyed over to Saint Francis and found the old hill. Groaning, excitement, complaints, and even a bit of lightning welcomed us at the foot of the hill. Good ol’ 11s were in the cards for this day. Burpees at the bottom, big boy sit ups at the top and a whole lotta hill to climb in between. It was awful and beautiful at the same time.
We weren’t able to fully finish the 11s as time was called, but we headed back for a good round of Mary. LBCs, dying cockroaches, obliques and something else I can’t remember.
