Mosey t the base of the hill,

The Thang:
Exercise at the base of the hill then mosey to the top and repeat:
25 mountain climbers
20 LBC
25 squats
15 HR Merkins
20 American hammers
20 fire hydrants each side
20 shoulder taps
20 J-lo’s
25 plank jacks
25 crunchy frogs.
For a break in the middle we rifle carried coupons (cinders) around the museum, stopping at the corners to do 7 murder bunnies. Then back to the hill to pick up where you left off.
Ended with some monkey humpers at the top of the hill before mosey back to the pavillion.
