Preamble:
This was a VQ so I was just doing whatever I could to get everyone through it!
Warm-O-Rama:
CoP for some warm up exercises and the danger zone side straddle hop!
The Thang:
We ran the 1st & 10 and then swam laps in the pool with Freddie mercuries, and then jumped in the deep end and treaded water until we completed 10 football passes. Then we completed 10 more with our hands out of the water! It was a good ending to a great brushwood summer season beat down.
